Inspired by Anastasia Chomlack from Anastasia Photography, I am honored to announce that I am offering One for One Gratitude sessions for Essential workers.
Ever since this pandemic hit us here in Vancouver, Canada and we’ve been practicing social distancing, I wanted to give back in a way that would still let me be able to service my clients as a photographer, still put value in what I do and directly thank the essential workers who are still constantly working on the frontlines in order to keep the general public safe.
Anastasia published this initiative in a group that we both belong “Love in the time of COVID” which was started by Erin Bishop of Filosophi Events to bring together wedding industry vendors. If you’re a wedding vendor, I highly encourage joining the group as its been a good resource of addressing clients and just checking in with each other on how everyone is navigating this uncertain time.
In this spirit, and hoping to encourage others to do what they reasonably can too, I’m offering one-for-one
local family sessions. If you’ve been appreciating your family like I have lately and feel able to invest in a
family photo session at this time, please do!
All local family sessions booked will purchase an additional photo session for an essential front line worker of your choice and their family.
And if you’re not in a position to invest at the moment, but would love to be a part of giving back, feel free to nominate an essential worker that you’d like to see receive a complimentary family photo session.
If there are more than 10 nominations, I will do a raffle of who gets the session to be fair.
Currently there is no end date for this offer but I am limiting it only to the first 10 sessions purchased. If there is a demand for this, I’ll update the mechanics so if there is no update to this post then a session is still available for you to purchase.

$550 + GST
– max. 1 hr session either outdoor (weather permitting) or indoor (usually in your home)
– 1 location
– 50 – 70 images which includes a mix of details, candid and posed photos.
– Available to the Greater Vancouver Area only. If you are located outside, a travel fee may apply depending on the location.
To formalize a session, I just need a signed contract and $150 non-refundable retainer.
